About Me
Hey there, fellow travelers! Let me introduce myself – I’m Matan Cohen, the proud owner of the “Guide to Hanoi” website.
Let’s be honest; planning a trip can be as stressful as trying to parallel park on a busy street.
But fear not, my dear traveler, because I’ve got you covered. With my website, you’ll have access to all the must-see sights, food spots, and local secrets of Hanoi.
Consider me your travel guru, without the expensive fees and questionable man-bun.
So please sit back, relax, and let’s plan a trip to Hanoi that will knock your socks off (or sandals, whatever floats your boat).
Why should you trust my guide?
For starters, I spent an unhealthy amount of time researching and exploring the vibrant city of Hanoi in Vietnam.
And let me tell you, this city has no shortage of delicious food, breathtaking sights, and unique experiences.
But why waste your time sifting through countless travel sites when you can rely on my guide to plan your perfect trip?
I can assure you that my guide results from deep research, personal experience, and a sprinkle of humor.
Plus, I promise there won’t be any boring history lessons or vague recommendations.
So, whether you’re looking for the best street food or the most Instagram-worthy spots in Hanoi, trust me, I’ve got you covered.
So buckle up, grab a cup of coffee (or egg coffee, in our case), and let’s explore the rich culture of Hanoi together!
Why did I build a website about Hanoi?
Let me tell you how I fell head over heels in love with Vietnam: It’s not just the colorful culture, delicious food, and breathtaking nature that won my heart over – it’s the people.
I met a lovely girl on my trip there, Huyen Vu: her infectious energy and love for her hometown of Hanoi inspired me to explore the city and document every moment.
And boy, was I glad I did. From slurping pho on the street corner to cruising on the back of a motorbike, Hanoi stole my heart, and I just had to share it with you all.
So, thank you, Huyen Vu, for inspiring me to create this website and share the city’s beauty with the world.
I owe you one!
